• You are the first point of contact for IT questions from all colleagues across all Hero locations.
• You manage devices, accounts and access rights in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• You identify opportunities for improvement in the digital workplace and develop them yourself.
• You use AI tools to make management tasks smarter and faster.
• You actively contribute ideas on how Hero's IT infrastructure can become more future-proof and scalable.
• You collaborate with Niels on the technical roadmap of Wognum.

You have technical insight, learn quickly and take initiative without needing to be told three times. AI is not a vague concept to you, it is something you actively want to put to use. You understand that workplace management is the foundation, but you also see how that foundation can be made smarter.

• HBO level, in IT, computer science or a comparable field.
• Affinity with Microsoft 365 and workplace management.
• Extensive work experience is not required, but drive and a genuine interest in AI are.
• Self-sufficient and solution-oriented, you do not sit back and wait.
• Available full-time and present at our office in Wognum.
