As a Senior Account Manager at Hero in Alkmaar, you elevate client relationships to a strategic level. You manage your own portfolio of major clients and serve as their primary point of contact for everything related to interim professionals. But you do more than manage: you think along at a strategic level and anticipate your clients' needs.

Hero places more than 2,000 interim professionals at leading organisations across the Netherlands, from complex government tenders to fast-growing companies in technology and finance. You ensure that these clients are not only satisfied, but continue to grow their partnership with Hero.

Hero grows by 30 to 40 percent each year. That growth is the direct result of account managers who build client relationships that truly matter. As a Senior AM, you take on the more complex clients and the larger deals. You combine commercial sharpness with genuine depth of knowledge.

Alongside managing your own portfolio, you coach junior account managers and contribute to the development of the team in Alkmaar.

Cosa farai?
  • Managing your own portfolio of strategic client relationships with major organisations
  • Proactively identifying and capitalising on commercial opportunities

  • Field management: staying connected with interim professionals on-site at client locations
  • Coaching and guiding junior colleagues in their professional development
  • Negotiating contracts, rates and framework agreements
  • Contributing to Hero's ambition to become the largest, finest and best company in the flexible staffing market
Chi sei?
  • At least 5 years of experience as an account manager in staffing and recruitment
  • Bachelor's degree level of thinking and working
  • A proven track record in building long-term client relationships
  • Commercially strong, strategic in thinking and results-driven
  • A team player who also helps junior colleagues grow
  • Available 40 hours per week, working full-time at the Alkmaar office
