Cosa farai?

  • Help build AI applications that speed up Hero's processes, from recruitment to marketing to contracts
  • Build AI solutions using modern tools such as Claude Code, Cursor and similar AI-native development environments
  • Set up and test automations that save colleagues time and help them work smarter
  • Brainstorm with the AI team about which problems within the organization can best be solved using AI
  • Turn ideas into working prototypes, refine them based on feedback and launch them live
  • Contribute to DevOps: from idea to production, so solutions are actually put to use
Chi sei?

  • Bachelor's level of working and thinking, in computer science, software development, data science or a related field
  • Affinity with AI and the drive to build with it every day, not just experiment with it
  • Basic knowledge of programming, or the willingness to pick it up quickly
  • Eager to learn, curious and sharp enough to pick up new tools and techniques at lightning speed
  • Team player with a sense of ownership: you pick things up and make sure they get done
  • Available full-time and present at our office in Wognum
  • No extensive work experience required, but drive and a genuine interest in AI are a must

As an AI Developer Trainee, you'll be trained within our AI team in Wognum. This isn't a starter job where you're thrown in the deep end and left to figure it out on your own. You'll work on real projects, build AI solutions that move the entire Hero organization forward, and learn from people who work with the latest tools every day. Claude Code, Cursor, agents, automations. And if something better comes along tomorrow, you'll be working with that too.
