What will you be doing?

  • Recruiting, selecting and matching interim professionals to challenging assignments
  • Building and maintaining a strong network in your field
  • Conducting quality interviews and presenting candidates to clients
  • Mentoring and coaching junior colleagues
  • Collaborating with account managers to realise The Perfect Match
  • Contributing to the growth of Hero Alkmaar
Who are you?

  • At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter in the flexible staffing market or employment services
  • HBO level of thinking and working
  • Strong network and proven results in recruitment
  • Commercially driven and results-oriented
  • A team player who also enjoys bringing junior colleagues up to speed
  • Available 40 hours per week, full-time at the office in Alkmaar

As a Senior Recruiter at Hero in Alkmaar, you are the go-to expert in finding the right interim professionals. Hero places more than 3,000 professionals with clients across the Netherlands. You have a sharp eye for talent, a strong network and the tenacity to always make The Perfect Match, even when the going gets tough. You work closely with account managers and together form a team that delivers time and time again.
