For professionals
The Perfect Match: assignments you're proud of. For interim professionals looking for work that truly fits.
The Perfect Match.
Working through Hero means the right assignments, fair terms and personal contact. We work with clients in the public sector, healthcare, finance, IT and engineering. Assignments range from a few months to several years.
How we work together
- Introduction. A conversation about your experience, ambitions and what you're looking for.
- Relevant assignments. We only put you forward for assignments that are a genuine fit.
- Clear agreements. Rate, terms and expectations settled up front. Transparent, including our margin.
- One point of contact. Throughout your entire assignment. Someone who thinks along with you and steps in when needed.
Meaningful work at organisations where you're valued
Whether you're just leaving a permanent job, have been self-employed for years or are looking for your next step: at Hero we look at what you can do, what you want and where you'll thrive.
You can work as a freelancer (ZZP), through opting-in or via secondment from your own company. You choose the format. We assess every assignment against the Dutch DBA Act and carry the legal responsibility.
