Within our contracts department, you are the go-to subject matter expert on contracts, legislation and risk management.

You combine day-to-day contract administration with more complex legal challenges. From drafting and reviewing contracts to guiding the onboarding of new clients and freelancers: you make sure everything is correct. Legally. Administratively. And practically.

You liaise daily with clients, suppliers, self-employed professionals and internal stakeholders. You translate legal frameworks into workable solutions. Compliance is not an afterthought for you, it is simply the way you work.

In an organisation that is growing rapidly, you take ownership. You identify risks before they become problems. You contribute ideas on process optimisation, automation and the further professionalisation of our contract services.

What will you be doing?

• Drafting, reviewing and managing contracts within the flexible staffing market
• Assessing agreements against applicable laws and regulations (compliance)
• Identifying and managing legal and operational risks
• Acting as the subject matter point of contact for contractual questions
• Guiding onboarding processes for clients, suppliers and freelancers
• Coordinating and (co-)negotiating contract terms and conditions
• Initiating improvement projects within contract management and contract administration
• Contributing to the further automation and professionalisation of the contracts department
• Collaborating closely with colleagues across multiple Hero locations

• At least HBO working and thinking level
• Several years of experience in contract management, contract administration, legal services or the flexible staffing market
• Up-to-date knowledge of contract law, legislation and compliance
• Strong analytical skills, precise and quality-oriented
• Excellent communicator, confident in conversations and negotiations
• Proactive and comfortable in a growing, ambitious organisation
• Dutch at C2 level
• Preferred: experience with Salesforce
