The challenge

As a Trainee Recruiter at Schiphol, you join Hero's largest location. Here you work for top clients, learn from the best recruiters, and get the tools you need to grow quickly. You start with the Hero Academy and then move into the team.

Hero places more than 2,000 interim professionals with clients across the Netherlands. Schiphol is Hero's hub for major clients and MSP programmes. As a trainee, you get direct access to the most challenging assignments in the market.

Hero grows by 30 to 40 percent each year. At Schiphol, you feel that ambition every day: a large client portfolio, a dynamic team, and plenty of room to progress quickly from Trainee to fully-fledged recruiter.

What will you do?
  • Start with the Hero Academy: training in recruitment, sales and communication
  • Actively sourcing interim professionals
  • Collaborating with account managers to create The Perfect Match
  • Conducting interviews and presenting candidates to clients
  • Growing into a fully-fledged recruiter
Who are you?
  • Bachelor's degree level of thinking and working
  • Commercially driven and not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Eager to learn, ambitious and persistent
  • A team player with a winner's mentality
  • Available 40 hours per week, full-time at the Schiphol office
