What will you do?

  • Starting with the Hero Academy: intensive training in recruitment, sales and communication
  • Actively sourcing and approaching interim professionals
  • Building your network by phone and online to find the right candidates
  • Collaborating with account managers to create The Perfect Match
  • Conducting interviews and presenting candidates to clients
  • Developing yourself into a fully-fledged recruiter

There you will learn everything about sales, communication and recruitment techniques. After your Academy period, you move into a team that continues to coach you.
