The challenge

As Accountmanager MSP at Hero based at Schiphol, you are the face towards major clients with Managed Service Provider contracts. You manage framework agreements, monitor quality and ensure that clients do not just feel satisfied but become true fans of Hero.

Hero places more than 2,000 interim professionals with leading clients across the Netherlands, from large government organisations to technology companies and financial institutions. With MSP clients, we are talking about hundreds of placements per year. You keep the overview, build the relationship and spot opportunities before the client even sees them.

Hero grows by 30 to 40 percent annually, entirely through its own efforts. Schiphol is the MSP heartbeat of Hero and you play a key role in that.

What will you do?

What will you be doing?

  • Managing framework agreements with major MSP clients
  • Monitoring quality and turnaround times in the placement process
  • Proactively identifying commercial opportunities within existing accounts
  • Working together with recruiters and contract management to realise The Perfect Match
  • Handling and resolving escalations in a professional manner
  • Reporting to the director and contributing to MSP strategy
Who are you?
  • At least 3 years of experience in account or relationship management, preferably in MSP or the flexible staffing market
  • HBO working and thinking level
  • Strong in relationship management and process-oriented thinking
  • Commercially sharp and analytically minded
  • Experienced with large clients and complex contract structures
  • Available 40 hours per week, working full-time at the office at Schiphol
