You have a sharp eye for talent, a rock-solid network and the perseverance to always make The Perfect Match. You work closely with account managers as one team that delivers, time and time again.

Cosa farai?

What will you be doing?

  • Sourcing, selecting and matching interim professionals to challenging assignments
  • Building and maintaining a strong network in your field
  • Mentoring and coaching junior colleagues
  • Collaborating with account managers as one team
  • Contributing to the growth of Hero Hoorn
Chi sei?
  • At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter in the flexible staffing market or employment services
  • HBO level of thinking and working
  • Commercially strong and results-driven
  • A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge
  • Available 40 hours per week, working full-time at the office in Hoorn
