As Corporate Recruiter, you are responsible for finding, selecting, and connecting new talent to our organisation. You ensure that we grow not only in numbers, but also in quality. In doing so, you make a direct contribution to our BHAG: becoming and remaining the largest, most successful, and best company in the flexible staffing market.

In this role, the focus is entirely on active recruitment. Every day, you are busy searching for, approaching, and enthusing potential new Hero's. Sourcing and headhunting are in your DNA. You want to know who someone truly is and whether they fit our culture, ambitions, and way of working.

You will work at our beautiful Schiphol WTC office and collaborate closely with hiring managers. You are their strategic partner in the recruitment process: critical, advisory, and always focused on the Perfect Match.

What will you be doing?

As Corporate Recruiter, your daily activities will include:

• Actively sourcing and headhunting new colleagues (recruiters, account managers, back-office professionals, etc.)
• Approaching candidates in a targeted and personal way, with an eye for quality and cultural fit
• Conducting interviews and carefully selecting talent
• Guiding candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
• Sparring with hiring managers on vacancy intake, profile refinement, and progress
• Building and maintaining a strong internal talent pool
• Contributing ideas on employer branding and labour market communication
• Identifying opportunities for improvement within the recruitment process

You ensure a professional, energetic, and distinctive candidate experience. From first contact to signed contract.

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• At least HBO level of thinking and working
• You choose 40 hours of full focus from our office at WTC Schiphol, right in the heart of the action
• You get energised by sourcing and headhunting
• You have a strong ability to understand commercial and operational profiles
• You communicate with ease and connect smoothly with candidates and colleagues
• You are independent, proactive, and ownership comes naturally to you
