As Teamlead Recruitment at Hero on Schiphol, you combine the best of both worlds: you remain operationally active as a recruiter while also leading a team. You coach, steer and ensure that your team makes The Perfect Match time and time again.

Hero places more than 2,000 interim professionals with leading clients across the Netherlands. The largest Hero location runs at Schiphol, with the most challenging clients and the highest volume. As Teamlead, you play a key role in the success of that office.

Hero grows by 30 to 40 percent annually. That growth calls for leaders who keep their team sharp, safeguard quality and set the bar high. You report to the director and actively contribute to strategy.

Que vas-tu faire ?
  • Leading a team of recruiters
  • Coaching, developing and motivating team members
  • Remaining operationally active in recruitment yourself
  • Monitoring KPIs and steering adjustments where needed
  • Collaborating with the director on team strategy
  • Contributing to the further professionalisation of recruitment at Hero
Qui es-tu ?
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • HBO working and thinking level
  • Proven track record in developing people and teams
  • Coaching, inspiring and results-driven
  • Strong in both recruitment and people management
  • Available 40 hours per week, full-time on-site at Schiphol
