As a Senior Recruiter at Hero in Schiphol, you work for the largest clients in the Netherlands. Hero places more than 2,000 interim professionals at organisations across the country. The assignments are complex, the clients demanding and the candidates scarce. Exactly the environment in which you thrive.

You are the expert in your field. You find professionals that others cannot, build strong relationships with candidates and clients, and know exactly when you have found The Perfect Match.

Hero grows by 30 to 40 percent annually. At Schiphol, you feel that energy the most: high volume, major clients and a team that must perform at the highest level every day. In addition, you mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the development of the team.

Que vas-tu faire ?
  • Recruiting, selecting and matching interim professionals to challenging assignments
  • Building and maintaining a strong network
  • Conducting quality interviews and presenting candidates to clients
  • Mentoring and coaching junior colleagues
  • Collaborating with account managers as one team
  • Contributing to the growth of Hero Schiphol
Qui es-tu ?
  • At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter in the flexible staffing market or employment services
  • HBO level of thinking and working
  • Strong network and proven track record in recruitment
  • Commercially strong and results-driven
  • Affinity with IT is a plus
  • A team player with a winner's mentality
  • Available 40 hours per week, working full-time at the office in Schiphol
