In this role you will learn to source, approach and persuade. First alongside experienced recruiters, then with increasing independence. From sharpening candidate profiles to conducting selection interviews, from first contact to signed contract. The team will teach you to look beyond the CV, because the best colleagues are not found on paper but in conversation.
