As a Senior Recruiter at Hero in Schiphol, you work for the largest clients in the Netherlands. Hero places more than 2,000 interim professionals at organisations across the country. • Recruiting, selecting and matching interim professionals to challenging assignments
• Building and maintaining a strong network
• Conducting quality interviews and presenting candidates to clients
• Mentoring and coaching junior colleagues
• Collaborating with account managers as one team
• Contributing to the growth of Hero Schiphol

• At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter in the flexible staffing market or employment services
• HBO level of thinking and working
• Strong network and proven track record in recruitment
• Commercially strong and results-driven
• Affinity with IT is a plus
• A team player with a winner's mentality
• Available 40 hours per week, working full-time at the office in Schiphol
