What will you be doing?

• Sourcing, selecting and matching interim professionals to challenging assignments
• Building and maintaining a strong network in your field
• Mentoring and coaching junior colleagues
• Collaborating with account managers as one team
• Contributing to the growth of Hero Hoorn

• At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter in the flexible staffing market or employment services
• HBO level of thinking and working
• Commercially strong and results-driven
• A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge
• Available 40 hours per week, working full-time at the office in Hoorn
