El desafío

As Head of Talent Acquisition at Hero, you bear final responsibility for internal recruitment across all Hero locations. From trainees to directors: you ensure that Hero always brings in the right people to turn ambition into reality.

Hero places more than 2,000 interim professionals with leading clients across the Netherlands, from large government organisations to technology companies and financial institutions. Over the coming years, that organisation will need dozens of new internal colleagues. You will build the TA team, define the strategy and contribute to Hero's employer branding as an employer of choice.

You report directly to the CEO and are part of the management team. You work closely with cell directors across all locations and lead a team of TA Specialists.

What will you be doing?

  • Final responsibility for internal recruitment across all Hero locations
  • Building and managing the TA team (TA Specialists per location)
  • Developing a structural talent pipeline per job family
  • Employer branding: positioning Hero as the best employer in the flexible staffing market
  • Implementing recruitment tooling and optimising processes
  • Collaborating with the Hero Academy on inflow and development
  • Reporting to the CEO and MT on recruitment KPIs
¿Quién eres tú?
  • At least 7 years of experience in recruitment and/or TA, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • HBO or university level of thinking and working
  • Proven track record in building TA functions within growing organisations
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on mentality
  • Strong stakeholder management skills at director level
  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing
  • Available 40 hours per week, full-time on-site (Schiphol or Wognum)
