As Account Manager at Hero at Schiphol, you are the trusted advisor for your clients. Not the supplier waiting for a call, but the partner who has already thought of the next step before the client even asks the question.

Hero Schiphol serves major clients, including complex MSP projects, and you are the face of these relationships. You manage your own portfolio, build lasting connections and turn clients into true fans of Hero. Together with your recruitment team, you create The Perfect Match, every single time.

Hero grows by 30 to 40 percent annually. That growth is no coincidence: it is the result of account managers who build client relationships that truly matter. You contribute to that directly, from one of the most dynamic locations in the flexible staffing market.

• Building, maintaining and expanding client relationships
• Proactively identifying commercial opportunities and converting them into business
• Realising The Perfect Match together with recruiters
• Field management: maintaining contact with interim professionals
• Negotiating contracts, rates and framework agreements

• At least 3 years of experience as an account manager in staffing or recruitment
• HBO level of thinking and working
• Strong in relationship management and commercially sharp
• Experience with major clients and/or MSP projects is a plus
• A team player with a winner's mentality
• Available 40 hours per week, working full-time at the Schiphol office
