Recognising talent is about more than reading a CV. It takes curiosity, courage and the ability to look beyond what is written on paper. At Hero in Hoorn, that is exactly what you will learn.

As a Trainee Corporate Recruiter, you step into the heart of our organisation. You become part of a team that works every day to build growth, quality and ambition. This is not a standard traineeship where you simply shadow others, but a role in which you contribute, learn and make an impact from day one.

Hero places over 3,000 interim professionals and continues to grow rapidly. To maintain that standard, we invest in our own team. That is why we are looking for new talent who want to develop into top Corporate Recruiters. In this role, you will learn how to find, approach and convince talent, always keeping the person behind the profile in mind.

You will work closely with experienced Corporate Recruiters and hiring managers, learn how to sharpen candidate profiles and help build a strong talent pool. From first contact to signed contract: you will learn how to create a truly distinctive candidate experience.

This is not just an entry-level position. This is the beginning of your career within an organisation with a clear ambition: to become the largest, most admired and best flex-market company in the business.

About Hero

Hero grows by an average of more than 40% per year and doubles in size every few years. You can feel it: energy, short lines of communication and a team building something great together.

As a Trainee Corporate Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to learn quickly, take on responsibility and truly be part of that growth. Thanks to our way of working, teams remain small and personal even as the organisation continues to scale.

A family business with ambition, where "the Perfect Match" applies not only to our clients, but above all to our own people.
