The challenge

As a TA Specialist at Hero in Hoorn, you are responsible for internal recruitment for the office. Hero Hoorn is at the start of a new growth chapter and will need several new colleagues in the period ahead. You keep that pipeline filled.

Hero grows by an average of more than 40 percent annually, purely through its own efforts. In Hoorn, that translates into multiple open positions at any given time. You make sure strong candidates are always ready, that vacancies are filled quickly, and that new colleagues start with a great feeling.

You work closely with Yori (director Hoorn) and with the central TA function based in Wognum.

What will you do?

What will you be doing?

  • Sourcing, screening and selecting internal candidates for Hero Hoorn
  • Building and maintaining a local talent pipeline
  • Conducting intake conversations with the Hoorn team
  • Collaborating with the Hero Academy for trainee intake
  • Supporting employer branding in the Hoorn region
  • Reporting to the director and TA lead
Who are you?
  • HBO working and thinking level
  • At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter or TA specialist
  • Strong in sourcing and candidate conversations
  • Proactive and organisationally aware
  • Available 40 hours per week, full-time at the Hoorn office
