As a Recruiter Recruitment & Selection at Hero in Hoorn, you focus on placing professionals in permanent positions with clients. Where our interim recruiters match candidates to assignments, you build lasting career matches. You help candidates land their dream job and help clients find their ideal colleague.

Hero connects more than 3,000 professionals with clients across the Netherlands. By developing our Recruitment & Selection division, we are broadening that offering. You are the pioneer building this new service from Hoorn. You have the freedom to shape processes, develop your own approach and grow a network.

Hero grows by an average of more than 40 percent each year. You will feel that growth in the Recruitment & Selection division too: there is demand, there is ambition and there is room for you to make a difference.

What will you do?
  • Recruiting and selecting candidates for permanent positions with clients
  • Conducting in-depth interviews and advising candidates on their careers
  • Advising clients on their staffing needs
  • Building a strong network of professionals and companies in the region
  • Collaborating with the commercial team at Hero Hoorn
  • Contributing to the further development of the R&S department
Who are you?
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or search & selection
  • HBO working and thinking level
  • Strong interviewing skills and people knowledge
  • Commercially minded and results-oriented
  • Available 40 hours per week, full-time at the office in Hoorn
