As a Junior Contract Administrator in Hoorn, you make sure every contract is accurate, every change is processed on time and every agreement is recorded correctly.

You liaise daily with recruiters, account managers and the financial administration. Together, you form the backbone behind every successful placement.

  • Drafting, reviewing and managing contracts for interim professionals and clients
  • Coordinating with recruiters, account managers and the financial administration
  • Processing changes and extensions accurately and on time
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in contract processes
  • Growing into increasingly complex contracts and responsibilities
Who are you?
  • HBO working and thinking level
  • Precise, organised and you thrive on structure
  • Fast and thorough, even under pressure
  • Strong communicator in Dutch
  • Available 40 hours per week, full-time at the office in Hoorn
  • An affinity with legal or administrative processes is a plus
