The challenge

For every placement, we draw up an agreement with both the professional and the end client. As a Junior Contract Administrator in Hoorn, you ensure that every contract is correct, every amendment is processed on time and every agreement is accurately recorded.

Hero grows by 30 to 40 percent each year. That means: more contracts, more challenge and more opportunities to develop. You work in a team where speed and precision go hand in hand.

You liaise daily with recruiters, account managers and the finance department. Together, you form the backbone behind every successful placement.

  • Drawing up, reviewing and managing contracts for interim professionals and clients
  • Coordinating with recruiters, account managers and the finance department
  • Processing amendments and extensions accurately and on time
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in contract processes
  • Growing into increasingly complex contracts and responsibilities
Who are you?
  • HBO working and thinking level
  • Accurate, organised and you thrive on structure
  • Fast and thorough, even under pressure
  • Strong communicator in Dutch
  • Available 40 hours per week, full-time at the office in Hoorn
  • Affinity with legal or administrative processes is a plus
