The challenge

As a Junior Contract Administrator in Alkmaar, you are the person who makes sure everything is in order: from the first agreement to the final extension.

Hero grows by an average of more than 40 percent each year. That means a continuous flow of new contracts, new clients and new challenges. You will learn the profession hands-on and gradually take on increasingly complex responsibilities. No two days are the same.

You will work closely with recruiters, account managers and the finance team. Together, you ensure that the collaboration between Hero, the professional and the client is well-organised on every front.

What will you do?

What will you be doing?

  • Drafting, reviewing and managing contracts for our interim professionals and clients
  • Coordinating with recruiters, account managers and the finance team on contractual arrangements
  • Processing amendments, extensions and terminations accurately and on time
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and actively contributing to solutions
  • Contributing to the further professionalisation of the contracts department
Who are you?
  • HBO level of thinking and working
  • Precise, organised and with a strong eye for structure
  • You work quickly and carefully, even when things get busy
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch
  • Available 40 hours per week, full-time at the office in Alkmaar
  • Experience with contract administration is a plus, but not required
