What will you do?

  • Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor het volledige inhuurproces bij Drechtsteden
  • Sparringpartner zijn voor hiring managers en opdrachtgevers op het gebied van inhuurbeleid en procesoptimalisatie
  • Tarieven en inhuurvoorwaarden onderhandelen met leveranciers en zelfstandige professionals
  • Kandidaten beoordelen op inhoud en ze met overtuiging voordragen aan de gemeenten
  • Marktinformatie vertalen naar concrete adviezen richting de opdrachtgever
  • Kwaliteit bewaken over de hele keten: van aanvraag tot offboarding
  • Jongere collega's begeleiden en meenemen in het vak
Who are you?

  • HBO werk en denkniveau
  • Minimaal 4 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring in MSP, arbeidsbemiddeling of workforce management
  • Je bent gewend te werken in complexe, proces gedreven omgevingen met meerdere stakeholders, bij voorkeur ook binnen de publieke sector
  • Sterk in stakeholdermanagement, zowel intern als richting opdrachtgevers en leveranciers
  • Proactief en analytisch ingesteld, en in staat trends en risico's te signaleren voordat ze een probleem worden
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands; Engels is een pre
  • Eén vaste dag per week op Schiphol, de overige dagen bij Drechtsteden

As an in-house MSP Consultant Drechtsteden, you are the specialist who takes the worry out of flexible hiring for this major public sector client. You know the MSP landscape inside out. You know how hiring processes work, what goes wrong when direction is lacking, and how, as an extension of the client, you add value that goes beyond simply filling a request.

Hero places over 3,000 interim professionals with leading clients throughout the Netherlands. The MSP division is based at Schiphol, the fastest-growing department within Hero. Drechtsteden, with 9 clients: 7 municipalities, the Social Services department, and a joint arrangement within the Dordrecht region, works with high volumes, strict SLAs, and a complex supplier structure. You navigate this flawlessly and serve as the go-to expert for both the client and your colleagues.

Hero grows by more than 40 percent every year. The MSP Consultant role is one of the key positions driving that growth: you ensure that Drechtsteden achieves its goals and that Hero lives up to its reputation as the best MSP partner in the market.
