Large organisations want control over their contingent workforce. You're the one who makes it happen.

The challenge

Hero MSP is growing fast. Organisations want greater control over their contingent workforce, more transparency in costs and greater certainty around compliance. And that's exactly where you come in.

As an Implementation and Optimisation Specialist at Hero MSP, you turn complexity into structure. You lead implementation projects at major clients, optimise existing processes and ensure that Hero continues to sharpen its service offering. You are not an executor. You are a specialist who creates lasting impact.

Hero places over 2,000 professionals and grows annually by 30 to 40 percent. That calls for people who think at a tactical and strategic level, are willing to set direction and are experienced in working within complex environments.

What is MSP?

MSP stands for Managed Service Provider. Hero fully relieves organisations of all contingent workforce responsibilities: from vendor management and contract administration to compliance, spend analysis and process design. One central point of contact, complete transparency, maximum control.
