What will you do?

Recruitment: you'll learn to find, speak with and match candidates. The foundation of every good conversation starts here. Sales and New Business: you'll go out into the market, approach clients and learn to open and close a deal. Account Management: you'll learn not only to win a client relationship, but also to grow it. Consultancy: you'll get acquainted with large-scale account management at clients with a fully flexible workforce.

You'll close off each phase with a concrete conversation about what you're strong at and where you're heading next.

Who are you?

  • Your motivation and curiosity weigh heavier than your CV.
  • You want to get to know the entire commercial field, not be labelled right away.
  • Experience isn't necessary, the willingness to start at the bottom and grow hard is.
  • Bachelor's level working and thinking ability.
  • You work full-time, 40 hours a week, from our office at Schiphol.

Somewhere between a first phone call, a negotiation and a long-term client relationship lies the work you excel at. The problem is: you won't know until you've done it. That's why, in this commercial traineeship at Hero, you won't build just one skill, but your entire commercial instinct. You'll go through a number of disciplines that together form the engine of Hero. Including recruitment, sales, new business and account management. By the end of this traineeship, you'll know exactly where your commercial talent lies, and Hero will have found someone deployable across the entire business.
