The challenge

As a Business Developer at Hero in Hoorn, you are responsible for bringing in new clients in the region. Hero connects more than 2,000 interim professionals with clients across the Netherlands, and you make sure that an ever-growing number of those clients come from your region.

Hero Hoorn is at the start of a new growth chapter. Fresh leadership, big ambitions and plenty of room for someone who wants to build. Hero grows by 30 to 40 percent annually, entirely through its own strength. In Hoorn, you feel that ambition immediately.

What will you do?
  • Acquiring new clients through cold calling, networking and your own initiative
  • Presenting Hero to potential clients in the region
  • Translating the needs of prospects into Hero's services
  • Collaborating with account managers and recruiters for a smooth handover
  • Contributing to bids and tenders
  • Contributing to the growth strategy of Hero Hoorn
Who are you?
  • HBO level of thinking and working
  • Strong commercial drive and results-oriented mindset
  • Not afraid to make cold calls and build new relationships
  • Experience in sales or business development, preferably in the flexible staffing market
  • Driving licence (you will regularly visit clients in the region)
  • Available 40 hours per week, working full-time at the office in Hoorn
