As an Account Manager at Hero in Alkmaar, you are the trusted advisor for your clients. Not the supplier waiting for a call, but the partner who has already thought of the next step before the client even asks the question.

Every day you collaborate with recruiters, professionals and hiring managers. You are one team, depending on each other for success. Alongside account management, you play a role in field management: staying connected with the interim professionals who are working at your clients through Hero.

What will you do?
  • Building and maintaining client relationships with employers in the Alkmaar region
  • Translating client needs into the right professionals, together with your recruitment team
  • Field management: actively staying in touch with interim professionals at client sites
  • Spotting commercial opportunities and converting them into long-term partnerships
  • Negotiating contracts, rates and terms
  • Contributing to Hero's ambition to become the largest, most admired and best company in the flexible staffing market
Who are you?
  • At least 3 years of experience as an account manager in staffing or recruitment
  • HBO working and thinking level
  • Available 40 hours per week, full-time at the office in Alkmaar
  • Strong in relationship management and commercially sharp
  • A true team player who collaborates, supports others and goes for shared success
  • Results-driven, entrepreneurial and not afraid to pick up the phone
