Team Leader Care (interim)

With this client, you lead right in the midst of your people, not from behind a desk. It is a small-scale, warm organisation in elderly care in the 's-Hertogenbosch region. Due to internal changes, a gap has emerged in the leadership of the care teams that is simply too big. That is why we are looking for an interim team leader who can start immediately and who is visible and approachable for around 80 employees. The teams are doing well and that needs to stay that way. You bring calm, ensure continuity and genuinely care about the people on the work floor. This is not a strategic assignment: it is about committed, hands-on leadership that care professionals can really benefit from.
