Technical Support Lead

A fast-growing SaaS scale-up in the e-learning industry is looking for temporary reinforcement at the top of its support team. As Tactical Support Lead, you will lead a team of 8 support professionals (Netherlands & DACH) and ensure continuity during a crucial period. You report directly to the Director of Delivery and are given plenty of mandate to optimize KPI's, drive strategic projects forward and take the team to the next level.
