Strategic Area Secretary Rijnpark

Arnhem faces one of the biggest spatial challenges in the Netherlands. Within the NOVEX Spoorzone Arnhem Oost, approximately 12,000 homes will be built. An important part of this is the Rijnpark area development: on an existing business park, space will be created for approximately 7,000 homes, 5,000 jobs, community facilities, commercial functions and new infrastructure. Rijnpark is the largest and most complex area development in the municipality of Arnhem in a long time, with major financial, administrative and societal interests, agreements with the national government on housing production and various national subsidies. Due to the growing scale and complexity, the municipality is looking for a Strategic Area Secretary who, as the right-hand person of the Development Manager Rijnpark, will contribute to the integral management of the project.
