Project Manager Technical Services and Real Estate

For our client, a healthcare organisation in Zeeland, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager Technical Services and Real Estate. Together with users, you will translate the existing Preliminary Design into a workable plan and guide the project from design through to realisation, completion and handover. This is a role with great substantive breadth: you connect architectural, mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines, manage architects, contractors and installers, and make sure that care can continue as normal during the renovation.
