Project Manager Business Operations & Shared Service Center

For our client, the municipality of Groningen, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager Business Operations Implementation. You will take the lead on a unique and socially sensitive assignment: structurally connecting the new GR Perspectief Groningen Noord-Drenthe and Stichting Nij Begun to the municipality's internal business operations and Shared Service Center. You will build a professional, scalable service that not only works for these two parties, but also serves as a repeatable model for future clients, with a firm deadline of 1 January 2027 for full operational go-live. As the connector between directorates, SSC departments and external partners such as the GR, Stichting Nij Begun and consultancy firm BMC, you combine substantive leadership with political and administrative sensitivity in an assignment that truly matters.
