Do you want to help make elderly care in the south of the Netherlands future-proof as a programme manager? Our client, a regional partnership of elderly care organisations, is facing a new stage of development from 2027. In this role you will be the right hand of board members and create coherence between initiatives focused on ageing in place, innovation and retaining care professionals. You will connect organisations that sometimes collaborate and sometimes compete, and make sure the shared interest stays on the table. An independent, hybrid assignment of 10 to 16 hours per week, with plenty of influence on the direction of the region.
