Long-Term Care Manager

Are you a strong interim manager who knows how to handle resistance while bringing people together? For a large healthcare organisation in long-term elderly care, we are looking for an interim Wlz Manager at short notice. You will step in during a period of change: the span of control is being redesigned and team managers are being given more room to steer their team, absenteeism and results. You will be the link between the executive board and team managers and make sure this change lands smoothly, even when not everyone is immediately on board. A temporary assignment of 4 to 6 months in which you make a direct impact on an organisation that is very much on the move.
