ITIL Process Manager

For a university of applied sciences in the north of the Netherlands, we are looking for an ITIL Process Manager who will successfully implement organisation-wide ITIL processes. You will help build a future-proof IT service organisation and, as part of the Information Security programme, strengthen the digital resilience and robustness of the university.
