Interim Location Manager|

A residential location where (ex-)offenders work on a fresh start calls for stability and direction. After a period of frequent changes in management, our client, a social organisation in Zuid-Holland, is looking for an experienced interim location manager. You will lead a team of 14 employees, take integral responsibility for the location, and ensure a good living environment for participants and a pleasant working atmosphere for the team. Together with the team and the regional manager, you will map out what is structurally needed. A six-month assignment for 24 hours per week, with room for your own vision and leadership.
