HR Business Partner / Advisor|

For our client, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner / HR Advisor who can start at short notice and bring calm to a dynamic, operational environment. Our client has been a leading player in the cleaning industry for more than 30 years, with over 3,000 colleagues who keep offices, hotels and hospitals clean every day across the Netherlands. In the Amsterdam region, people of more than 90 nationalities work together, and that is exactly where the heart of this role lies: you will take on ongoing, complex cases relating to absenteeism, behavior and performance, and act as the go-to sparring partner for the district managers. This is not a policy role from a distance, but a hands-on assignment in which you will regularly be on location, mostly in the city center.
