Functional Application Administrator Epic Ambulatory|

For our client, we are looking for a functional application administrator with an Epic Ambulatory scope. The national IBD outcome set from the VWS program Uitkomstgerichte Zorg (Outcome-Based Healthcare) has not yet been integrated into Epic and HIX, and it is not recorded uniformly or systematically within our client+. You will ensure standardized, sustainable registration of treatment outcomes, PROMs, risk factors and care processes within the Epic scope.
