In this pivotal role, you are the first point of contact for internal clients, ensuring the smooth handling of facility requests from intake to resolution. You combine a customer-focused approach with a strong sense of overview: you switch quickly between advising, coordinating and escalating to the right specialists, and you actively contribute to the ongoing development of the servicedesk.
