Business Consultant ServiceNow CSM

For our client, the Ministry of Defence (Ministerie van Defensie), we are looking for a ServiceNow Business Consultant CSM. Within the central IT organization, you will further develop the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on case management, interaction management, workspaces and knowledge management. You translate what the organization needs into concrete solutions and make sure that what the team builds truly works for the user. In this way, you make a direct contribution to reliable IT services within one of the largest and most complex organizations in the Netherlands.
