Assistant Manager (Childcare)

Are you a born leader with a heart for children and for your team? For a childcare centre in the Haaglanden region, our client is looking for an assistant manager who provides operational leadership and is visible on the groups. You switch effortlessly between childcare professionals, parents and colleagues, and make sure everything runs smoothly, from daily planning to team coaching. This is a temporary assignment in which you get the space to develop your leadership further and have a direct influence on the atmosphere and quality of the location.
