All-round HR Advisor

For our client, the Algemene Rekenkamer, we are looking for an All-round HR Advisor to provide temporary extra capacity for regular HR activities. In this assignment, you will carry out a variety of HRM tasks at a strategic/tactical level, during a period in which the organisation is under extra pressure due to the Controlebestel transition, in which approximately 300 colleagues will move from the ADR to the Algemene Rekenkamer. The combination of broad HR expertise, knowledge of the Dutch central government and working within an authoritative and socially relevant organisation makes this role especially interesting.
