What does Hero actually do?

Hero is a family business that helps organisations hire the right people. Temporarily, for a project or a busy period.

Sometimes it’s about a single specialist. Sometimes about hundreds of contingent workers at once. We arrange the match, the contracts and the administration.

MSP

Control over external hiring

Large organisations bring in a lot of external people, spread across all kinds of departments. We help them keep the overview: who’s working where, what are they doing and what does it cost? We take care of the admin, which saves a huge amount of work.

Interim

The right people, on a temporary basis

A big project sometimes calls for extra specialists for a set period. Think of a new IT system or a change within the organisation. We find those specialists, often freelancers, and match them to the job.

The client

The organisation looking for people. We take the searching, arranging and administration off their hands.

We stand in between. We take care of the match, the contracts and fair rates.

The professional

The specialist who does the work. We arrange the hours, the contract and the payment, and find the next assignment.

Who is Hero?

Hero started back in 2007 and has grown into a family business with more than 120 colleagues. From our offices in Alkmaar, Hoorn, Schiphol (Amsterdam) and Wognum, we work with major Dutch organisations. Think Heineken, Royal FloraHolland, Ahold, Vitens and a range of hospitals.
