That is why we are looking for new talent who want to develop into a top Corporate Recruiter. In this role, you will learn how to find, approach and persuade talent, always with an eye for the person behind the profile.

You will work closely with experienced Corporate Recruiters and hiring managers, learn how to sharpen candidate profiles and help build a strong talent pool. From first contact to signed contract: you will learn how to create a truly distinctive candidate experience.

• Learning to source and headhunt new colleagues (Corporate Recruiters, account managers and staff)
• Approaching candidates in a personal and thoughtful way
• Shadowing and eventually independently conducting selection interviews
• Guiding candidates through the full recruitment process
• Collaborating with hiring managers and learning to advise on candidate profiles
• Building a talent pool for future growth

• At least a bachelor's degree (HBO level)
• A starter or a minimum of 1 year of work experience
• Curious, energetic and not afraid to take initiative
• Interest in recruitment, sales or working with people
• Strong communication skills
• Commercially minded and eager to learn
• A team player with a positive mindset
• Available full-time (40 hours) at the office in Hoorn
