For our client, the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations (Directorate-General Algemene Bestuursdienst), we are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Data Consultant. DGABD is responsible for the management development of the top of the Dutch civil service and has been working with SAP SuccessFactors (TalentRijk) since February 2025. Within the IT team, you will get to grips with the data structures of Employee Central, unlock data hands-on and translate it into datasets, reports and dashboards. You will also document this knowledge in a transferable way, so the organisation can work with its data more independently.
