At Hero, we don't believe in the perfect CV: we believe in the right mindset. As a Trainee Recruitment at Schiphol, you'll start with an intensive training programme through the Hero Academy. There, you'll learn all about sales, communication and recruitment techniques. After the Academy, you'll move into a team that will continue to coach you, right in the middle of Hero's largest and most diverse office.

Schiphol is the place where the full breadth of Hero comes together. You'll work alongside recruiters, account managers and colleagues from our MSP division, in an international environment at a prime location right next to the station. As a recruiter, you create The Perfect Match: Hero places over 3,000 interim professionals with clients throughout the Netherlands. As soon as a client has a request for an interim professional, you get to work. You liaise with your team, tap into Hero's network and actively search for new professionals.
