In this role you will learn to source, approach and persuade. First alongside experienced recruiters, then with increasing independence. From sharpening candidate profiles to conducting selection interviews, from first contact to signed contract. The team will teach you to look beyond the CV, because the best colleagues are not found on paper but in conversation. Those who start here help build the ambition to become the largest, most exciting and best flex-market company around, and lay the foundation for a career of their own.

• Source and hunt for new colleagues, from Corporate Recruiters to account managers, and master the art of finding talent that never appears on a job board
• Approach candidates in a personal, considered way that stands out from the standard InMails
• Conduct selection interviews, initially alongside experienced recruiters and soon independently as well
• Guide candidates from first connection to signed contract and create a candidate experience people genuinely talk about
• Build a talent pool that stays ahead of Hero's growth in Alkmaar

• A completed HBO/WO degree and the energy to dive in from day one
• Genuine curiosity about people, with a nose for talent that does not stand out on paper
• Commercial instinct and the confidence to approach candidates in a way that truly gets noticed
• A team player who thrives in an environment where winning together matters more than scoring solo
• Available full-time (40 hours per week) at the office in Alkmaar, because this is a craft you cannot learn from a laptop at home
• Work experience is a plus, but drive, eagerness to learn and the ambition to build a career carry more weight
