As a Senior Recruiter at Hero in Alkmaar, you are the expert in finding the right interim professionals. Hero places more than 2,000 professionals with clients throughout the Netherlands. The assignments are challenging, the clients are demanding, and the pace is high. Exactly what you need to perform at your best.

You have a sharp eye for talent, a strong network, and the tenacity to always make The Perfect Match, even when the going gets tough. You work closely with account managers, forming a team that delivers time and time again.

Hero grows by 30 to 40 percent every year. You feel that growth directly in your work: more requests, more challenges, and more opportunities to showcase your expertise. Alongside your own work, you mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the ongoing development of recruitment at Hero.

Que vas-tu faire ?

What will you be doing?

  • Recruiting, selecting, and matching interim professionals to challenging assignments
  • Building and maintaining a strong network within your field
  • Conducting in-depth interviews and presenting candidates to clients
  • Mentoring and coaching junior colleagues
  • Collaborating with account managers to realise The Perfect Match
  • Contributing to the growth of Hero Alkmaar
Qui es-tu ?
  • At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter in the flexible staffing market or employment mediation
  • Bachelor's level of thinking and working
  • Strong network and proven results in recruitment
  • Commercially driven and results-oriented
  • A team player who enjoys bringing junior colleagues along
  • Available 40 hours per week, full-time at the office in Alkmaar
